Part-Time Teacher of RE
Fixed Term – 3 month contract
Required for January 2025

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding department and gain invaluable experience. This part-time, fixed term post will suit a dynamic teacher who is keen to teach RE. The RE team at Upton are committed to inspiring students by developing exciting and engaging learning experiences. As a result of this, pupils make exceptional progress every year. Pupils are fully engaged in their RE lessons and many go on to study the subject at A level.

The successful candidate will have:

  • The skills to immerse pupils into a love of RE
  • Ideally, experience of teaching able students at GCSE and A level although applications are welcome from NQTs
  • A passion for RE
  • An ability to use ICT for teaching and learning
  • A commitment to offering a rich variety of extra curricular activities
  • A willingness to contribute to the ethos of the school

Upton Hall School is a Roman Catholic Grammar School for girls. There over 1000 girls on roll and it is oversubscribed. Facilities are outstanding. The school has academy status.
