In January 2018, Upton Hall was granted a £12,000 CPD bursary by the National STEM Centre in order to help improve teaching and learning of Science and Design Technology across all girls schools in Wirral. Between 2018 and 2020, many CPD and pupil activities were organised, formally uniting each of the six girls school.
