If a booking is cancelled, then a refund of the payment will only be considered if contact is made at least 7 days before the booking date or the full charge without refund will be incurred.  Failure to attend a pre-booked activity will result in the normal charges being applied. When a refund has been agreed only the card used to make the booking can be refunded.
