Teacher of Science (Chemistry and Physics)
from September 2025

This post will suit a dynamic, experienced teacher who is keen to teach Science. Applications are invited from Science specialists to teach Chemistry and Physics, however a specialism in Physics would be particularly advantageous. Applications from ECTs are also welcomed.

The successful candidate will have:

• The skills to immerse pupils into a love of Science
• Ideally, experience of teaching able students at GCSE and A level
• A passion for Science
• An ability to use ICT for teaching and learning
• A commitment to offering a rich variety of extra curricular activities
• A willingness to contribute to the ethos of the school

Upton Hall School is a Roman Catholic Grammar School for girls. There are over 1000 girls on roll and it is oversubscribed. Facilities are outstanding. The school has academy status.
