Each group of Sixth Form girls establishes its own pattern of activities. How this develops depends on the commitment and involvement of individuals.

- Hands-on flight simulator experience
- Musician masterclasses
- Language Clubs
- Dance and choreography
- Choir and orchestral participation and events
- Public speaking, debating and presentations
- Work experience
- Quizzes and competitions
- Art workshops and lectures
- Cinema trips

Sixth form achievements
Upton Sixth Form girls are often to be found in the ranks of high achievement. Our recent successes include:
- Winner of the Wirral Global Citizenship Award
- Ten Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award winners
- Winners of the North West Youth Parliament Competition
- A finalist in the Unilever International Art Competition
- Numerous national and international school sports participants and winners
- An international language scholarship awarded by the German Government
