Parentline Plus

Parentline Plus is recognised as the largest independent provider of parent support in England reaching approximately 500,000 parents and carers each year across England and Wales. As a national charity with a network of 13 local offices across England, Parentline Plus provides targeted support to parents to help them carry out the challenging and complex job of bringing up children.

Through the funding we have received for Extended Schools we have the opportunity to use the services of this organisation at no cost to parents or school. This is an excellent opportunity to draw on the experience of many other parents and see what works when it comes to making the most of parent child relationships.

Representatives of Parentline Plus have been invited to attend the forthcoming Parent Teacher Evenings so you can speak to them directly. Dates for these are as follows:

Year 7 Thursday 13 March 2008 – 5.30 pm

Year 8 Tuesday 22 April 2008 – 5.30 pm

Year 9 Wednesday 5 March 2008 – 5.30 pm

Year 10 Wednesday 16 April 2008 – 5.30 pm.
