Annual 10 Year Reunion
On Saturday 8 September 2007, school was the venue for a 10 Year Reunion Dinner, where girls from the Class of ’97 were reunited for the evening.
The event was organised by Kate Adamson (now Brown) and Judith Morgan (now Holmes) to bring together former classmates in a relaxed atmosphere.
A Champagne Reception followed by three course dinner for former pupils, partners and parents was the format for the evening. Kate and Judith had hoped to replicate the Leavers’ Ball format however less dance, more chat appeared to be the order of the day as the group gathered to share memories and update each other on happenings over the ten years they had been apart! It only felt like yesterday!
The dinner gave guests the chance to get both reacquainted and also acquainted as partners/husbands were welcomed.
Several members of our current staff also attended together with Sr Loretta.
A fabulous and memorable night was had by all with former friendships renewed making for a highly successful event. And it looks as though this event may be set to become an annual gathering……
